Because all products sold on this website are digital downloads, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This is because digital files cannot be returned, revoked, or verified as unused once accessed.

Please Read Before Purchasing

We encourage all customers to carefully review the product description, preview images, and included details before completing their purchase. Each product listing clearly explains:

• What the product includes

• Who the product is for

• What the product is not

• How the product is delivered and used

If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, please contact us before purchasing.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• You were charged twice for the same product

• You did not receive access to the digital file due to a technical error

• The file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to resolve the issue

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include proof of the issue.
